Andrea Opavska is one of the most prominent personalities of contemporary dance. In the past decade she was a prominent part of Lenka Vagnerova & Company. The company received nominations for the Thalia Award for her work in Gossip and even received one of the most prestigious awards during the Edinburgh Fringe Festival for her performance during La Loba.
